Informed me of delivery and received the email advice in advance regarding boiling before use.

Love the idea of this collapsable water bottle. I followed the "first use instructions" and boiled for 15 minutes, but now part of my bottle has a different look/texture on the exterior of the bottle as if boiling it took of some of the silicone's coating (it looks like there's a powder coating on top but feels like nothing). Understand that it's important to sanitize products before consumption, but wish there was a warning about tainting the exterior coating when sanitizing.

Product arrived very quickly. Packaging was good.

So far, I am pleased with the product, the price points and the responsiveness of the company. I am eager to see their future products. (p.s. I am not a dog owner but imagine a pet friednly version of the collapsible water bottle would be a hit).
