I ordered the 'dog tags' with the silver ball chain. The tags themselves are very small and I paid for a separation bead that wasn't included. The quality is good, however for the price I expected larger tags.

I couldn't line the necklace for my boys any more

Disappointed because the birthstone fell off after only two weeks but appreciated the great customer service. I received a quick apology and instructions on how to send it back for repair. Also, received follow ups updating me on the progress and notifying me when its on the way. Great service means they stand behind their product. Would shop again.
