So far so good. Still doin’t have the cash drawer opening. I had to call epson for set up but it was something small your tec could not figure out. Nice people. You do not sell paper or give us much so I had to do some research and buy paper before I could use it. you should offer paper at check out for printers when selling them.

You did not have my item in stock, which was not clear when I ordered it. So, no, my experience was not great.

I had been searching high and low for sticky paper for an Epson printer.
