Venky from Poetry Design was incredible in helping me customize my jewelry since the beginning to the end! I first contacted Venky several months ago to see when the silver jewelry will be back in stock since that's the color I wanted. Venky kept on top of the communication and notify me as soon as they have stock for the color. When I requested customized jewelry, Venky made sure that all the customization are exactly what I am looking for with pictures to verify before shipping it all the way to US from Australia. She also upgraded my shipping for free so that it get delivered faster. I loved how beautiful the jewelry set is and the quality of it. I can't wait to wear this on my wedding day!
