I’m very please and very satisfied with my new Plushbeds. So comfortable even my husband approved. And the service that I received from the customer service agent name Mark is beyond my expectations, I was having a bigger issue than I would think that cannot be resolved. Oh boy, I was completely wrong, and right that same day Mark was able to fix my issues. The packaging we're ordinary and normal, a few of the boxes were dent but no major damage to the contents.... I would definitely recommend the Plushbeds for anyone who can afford it, its a bit pricey but for me, it's worth it. My last set of the mattress cost me more than the Plushbeds and after years of use my back starting to give. I'm 100% happy and satisfied with my new set of Plushbeds. Thank you ”Mark” for your understanding, with a great and very calm attitude and resolving my issues on that day and time when I call the service center. A++++.

Bought the plush botanical bliss mattress and orthopedic bed frame several weeks ago. Both my husband and I have never had better nights sleep even on our prior temperpedic bed. We were so happy with our purchase we bought the lamb wool pillows which is terrific. Recommend their products. Well worth the money.

I ordered a Queen Orthopedic Foundation online from the PlusBed website to put under our foam mattress. I was pleased with the order process and the product. Assembly was simple and straightforward. It fit well on the queen frame which was attached to both head and foot boards. When I had a question about the status of my order the service department was very helpful in answering my questions. I would make one suggestion to future customers when assembling this product. Once the slats are expanded in their proper place during assembly, put a screw in the center of the first and last slat to keep them from bunching up if you have pick up the foundation on an angle to move it. The hook and loop (velcro) fasteners on those two slats are not strong enough to hold them in place.

Arrived in a reasonable time; the only criticism is the top part of the mattress (rolled to fit in a tall box) was not covered, however, the mattress was not dirty or damaged in the uncovered part.. The fit for the sofa was perfect and the sofa bed folded easily when not in use. The mattress is quite comfortable and far better than the mattress that came with the sofa.

This is our second plush bed mattress. Love that the mattress now comes with smaller layers which allowed us to quickly assemble the mattress, However the last time we ordered a mattress the foundation came assembled. We found assembling the foundation ourselves a little difficult and cumbersome. Overall we love our new mattress!

No smell! Was glad to get the Natural Latex Sofa Mattress. I can confirm it did not smell as some foam mattresses do when new.

It was every thing we hoped for.

I am rating the mattress 5 star, BUT the production time was materially longer than the web site represented, there was no heads up email regarding shipping and delivery and there were no assembly instructions which I was expecting. However, we were home when the fedex truck popped up and I think we assembled correctly even without instructions. That said, we are very pleased with the mattress.
