our tree is very healthy and arrived well packaged for protection in shipping. The only issue was lack of communication as I had expected them to ship within two weeks and it took several weeks and I had to follow up. I would still buy from them again.

I bought the 4 in 1 cocktail fruit tree. Its a fairly small tree, maybe 2 ft if im generous and 5 of the grafts didn't take. I know losing one or 2 is normal at some point, but losing 5 out of 7 attempted locations, before it even gets to me, is a little much. I'll have to wait several years to find out if the 2 grafts that did take are the same fruit or different fruit, even if those grafts don't fail as it grows. since its so young, those grafts could still die off . I was really expecting better.

Japanese Fireglow Maple arrived quick, as described, and healthy. This is my 4th Japanese Maple from Pixies Gardens and 100% satisfied again.

This is the second year I've ordered from your business. In particular, I'm looking for Lantana that gets as large as a shrub (I haven't been able to easily find it elsewhere), and it is an amazing annual in Maryland that withstands poor soil and tons of sun. The first year I ordered from you, it took a while for my plants to arrive after the stated date, but when they eventually came, they were in good shape and grew well. This year, I ordered again, and for some reason, my order was cancelled. No one reached out to me, so I figured it was a supply issue. When I received another catalog, I saw that you advertised the Lantana I wanted, so I reordered online. Nothing came in the stated time frame. I finally emailed you after a few weeks, and within a day or two, I received an email stating that my Lantana shipped. It would be great if someone could actually reach out - to either cancel orders and explain why - or to answer an email about an order status. It feels as if you don't care about my business.

Disappointed in how small the tree is. Seems like it’s not gonna make it. Also, It was supposed to arrive 4-6 days from purchase, but I received it on the 8th day after purchase.
