I ordered the Head to Toe Buriti Balm mainly for my extremely dry, painful cracked, sensitive hands I’ve tried many other products over the years and nothing has worked. This product feels amazing and is very soothing. Though My hands are still on the dry side, I do not expect that to change, they are much improved since I’ve started useing this product. I will definitely be re-ordering. Also the shipping is extremely fast I ordered the product on a Friday night and it arrived The following Wednesday from London to America.

Love the cleanser! In the last 8 months of facial eczema, this is the only cleanser that felt good and definitely didn't aggravate it. Toner is okay. The day cream by itself doesn't seem to last all day (face gets flaky few hours later). But I added a drop of rosehip bio-regenerate oil which I got as a sample & this combination helps me better. Overall, eczema and redness didn't disappear but it has slightly calmed down. 5 stars for the ingredients, customer service & products' first impressions. I need to use these products for longer to decide if they work well for me.

I tried a few different ways to incorporate this oil into my skin care routine. My skin doesn't usually like oils, but I wanted to give this a try. Unfortunately, I experienced break outs. The reason why I'm giving 5 stars is because Pai customer care is AMAZING! I was able to exchange the oil for a moisturizer. The exchanged item showed up within the week! All communication was timely as well. I am extremely impressed with how Pai is willing to keep customers happy. If you experience issues with a product, don't hesitate to return or exchange!

After researching various muslin cloths, I decided to purchase the pai brand. Have added them to my face care routine to exfoliate 2-3 times a week. Great quality organic cloth! I highly recommend! Also loved receiving the sample skin care products! Free shipping from UK...woohoo!

This cleanser is nice and creamy and removes easily with a cloth. Smells like sweet tarts and left my skin supple and calm. You have to use a lot of product, though, for it to emulsify properly on dry skin, otherwise it’s like rubbing in lotion into your skin. I’m not sure if I didn’t use it long enough, but I felt that this cleanser may have contributed to small clusters of clogged pores; but it could have been the castor oil purging my skin. I think it’s worth a try, and if it doesn’t work out for you, returning the product was very easy. Super customer service!

I've been reading all the benefits of Rosehip Oil and looked at the different brands on Amazon and webpages and found Pai. The brightness of the orange in the oil looked like real good quality so I bought it. Fast delivery as well 4 days to be exact. I have oily acne prone skin and I use a couple of drops all over my face at night after washing. After 2 weeks of daily use my breakouts have cleared up. I'm not saying it will clear everyone's breakouts but it did mine. Plus my pores look smaller and my skin is soft and looks more brighter even without makeup. My mom and friends notice the appearance of my skin looks better. I even go out without any makeup and just some sunscreen on.

I love the cloths! They are a very high quality and feel wonderful on my skin. I can’t go without mentioning the efficiency of the shipping method and the presentation of the cloths in the box. I have struggled with hyper-sensitive redness and occasionally cystic breakouts since I was a teenager. I'm really enjoying the products! I like how they absorb well and leave my skin feeling refreshed. I also like the natural botanical scents.

I've only been using for a week, but so far I am extremely happy with this skincare line. I have very sensitive eyes and the cleanser does not irritate my eyes at all (and I have tried countless brands and never found one that didn't). The cleansing cloth is very nice also (it feels like it helps clean better than just using my hands). The Rosehip Oil is excellent (equal to, if not better than, a very expensive, cult-favorite oil that I can't believe I spent so much $$ on). Because I am older, so I need a bit more help with moisturizing than what the kit came with, so just today I ordered the Age Confidence Cream (they sent me a sample to try with my 1st order and my skin drank it up). Unless something changes, I have found my new skincare line and it actually works and doesn't break the bank. I also couldn't believe how fast the shipping was from the UK to the U.S. (5 days and I could track it all the way). Amazing company, all around, as far as I am concerned. Thank you, Pai!
