I placed an order through Oz Hair and Beauty for the first time during a busy period (Black Friday Sales). After a slight delivery hiccup, I reached out to the customer service team and they IMMEDIATELY fixed the issue. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they were able to do so given the busy sales period. Very satisfied and will be purchasing from them again.

I went to purchase a new shampoo late tonight, I had issues with hair loss and had a great experience previously with bondi boost but i had bad dandruff. i asked her if she had any recommendations that could cover both hair loss and dandruff. the girl that served me (shoulder length brown hair, glasses, early 20’s) was so happy to help me, i was slightly difficult in that i wanted a certain size bottle in a specific price range and she asked to look at my scalp and helped me understand that it’s more likely dehydration than dandruff and that i’d be best off with a hydrating shampoo and found one that suited all my requests, also gave me some samples to try for a scalp serum. She was absolutely lovely to deal with, I will definitely be back.

So happy with my first order , From ordering to receiving items ,it has been hassle free,good communication and all the products exactly what I was hoping for , The extra free products were a lovely bonus with the purchase . . Looking forward to my next order . Thank you Oz Hair and Beauty

I have been ordering from this company for a few years now sporadically when my products are low. They always have banging sales which is what first drew me to them. Since then I’ve ordered a few times and always had really fast reliable shipping too. My most recent order was missing an item I had ordered, I sent them an email and they responded within the same day and a replacement was sent out express post the next day. I’m not kidding. It’s the first time I’ve ever had an order issue but I was blown away by how fast and polite their customer service was. Definitely just earnt themselves a forever customer.

I sent an order after 3 days they emailed me asking for my card details. To confirm my identity. I emailed then saying I wasn’t happy doing so . So they advised they can’t not process my order without this information. So I sent the card details they asked then they emailed me saying they would process a refund. I called them and they said if I want the order I need to place a new order pay the products again as there was a refund in progress wi th my original order . I haven’t received my refund and my order was cancelled, because one of their agents did even read my email properly. Agent are to happy to help . Is unacceptable they ask to email your card details . Feel like this is a scam.

Can not fault the service, efficiency and prices offered at Oz Hair and Beauty. I bought Muvo Rose Shampoo/conditioner bundle and the price was awesome. Also loved the extra little surprise that came with it. Will definitely be shopping here again.

These two girls where so helpful with helping me find products that suited my curly hair, The customer service was amazing. They helped me find some samples to try to find the perfect fit for my curly hair, not many stores take this much time into helping curly hair. I revived an email telling me that the Kerastase products I ordered were not in stock, I have already waited one month. Today I get online and you have all the products available and at a discounted price. So why don’t you have the product?!?

I placed my order for Kerastase one month ago. One week later I was told to wait one more week! Then two weeks later I was told it would be best for me to get a refund on 2 items, they will still send 1 item. One month later I received a refund and I’m still waiting on the 1 item! Non of this is good enough! Why offer product that you don’t have it?!? I’ve asked for another refund for the final item now as I don’t feel like waiting another month!!!! Adore beauty is cheaper anyways! Won’t be using this company ever again!!!

I ordered some products yesterday morning, by 3pm I got both a text and email saying it had been dispatched and it was on my doorstep by 10am this morning. It was packaged beautifully and my products were well wrapped and protected from being damaged and they'd even put in a lollipop. Thank you so very much, outstanding service
