Painting first arrived in damaged frame, and then second choice of frame not available. Then had it come just on the stretcher. Stretcher of poor q1uality, warped, and canvas attached with unpainted upper edge showing. had to get oils to try to cover this edge before framing. poor quality work.

The print was delayed as the frame was unavailable, but when I called to inquire about the delay, the rep that I spoke with told me that it would be delayed, but suggested another frame, and it was perfect. I wait to order my next piece.

In the past I had Very good luck with Overstock Art however I’ve had to return two out of four paintings I recently purchased and I canceled some orders because they were going to take too long and I wasn’t certain what I was going to get and I’m now I’m told if you take up to 30 days to return my phones to me which is ridiculous because it didn’t take you that long to take my money from me I should get it back immediately my credit cards policy is 7 to 10 business days so that’s when I should get it back not 30 days I don’t need a bunch of excuses

The quality of this painting is amazing. I am able to own an incredible work of art at a fraction of the cost.

I received a painting with a huge smudge around the rock that was caused when another painting I ordered was placed on top with no protective cover in between (the top painting had a huge paint spot on the back of its canvass the same colour as the blob in the bottom painting), yet, customer service did nothing to assist and, further, tried to talk their way out of it by implying it was a rock in the water (which it was, however, it had a huge smudge not belonging to the rock or shadow). Very frustrating when a company does not have integrity and/or enough professionalism to care how the final product arrives at the customer. For me, this purchase was extremely frustrating and expensive, especially given the conversion costs to USD, the shipping and the Duty.

Recently received 20 x 24 Lilacs in a Vase by Eduord Manet, and this artwork in oil, is absolutely beautiful... The perfect range of light colors light up a corner of our hallway, . The painting is perfect. Purchased two different paintings from overstock art with frames as well. The colors were bright and was everything I expected. Ended up not liking the frames and was able to return them hassle free. Amanda, who I thought was just a chat bot at first is an actual person and helped me with the exchange. Will be doing business with overstockart again!
