Part never came

Always a great experience with OEM Honda parts. I have a 2001 Prelude type SH I'm trying to keep as original as possible. They are my go to for OEM parts

I never received my order and the virtual credit that I received from Extend doesn’t work.

I requested for return service because I received wrong part. There is no way to call since no contact number is provided on website. Emails are never answered. They just don not want any returns even though their policy mentions 30 days return accepted.
