I love that it was an original part in originalpackaging. It was checked to see if it was correct, which it was. The packaging was perfect so the piece didn't get damaged, don't ever stop packaging well. It was processed and shipped promptly. Best of all it was about 12% cheaper than getting it from a dealership.

Pricing was good, but the customer service was great. Kaiden was very conscientious and courteous.

The part was easy to find on the website and was a perfect match!!! Easy to install and it came with all the the fasteners, clips and washer fluid attached. Will gladly pay more for the parts when they fit exactly how they are supposed to fit, with NO HASSLE.

Made a mistake and ordered a wrong part for my f250. Asked to return, not used, not a scratch on it. Was originally told no, they would not take it back. No reason. I emailed back and said that made no sense, it was a brand new part, they could easily sell it again and I had no use for it and was just going to chuck it the trash. I said even if you charged me 50% restocking at least I get something back and the part could be used. Then I got another email saying I could send it back, but be sure to use the orginial box, no writing on the outside. The orginal shipping was $25, my return was about the same plus the 20% restocking (which I thought was high, but hey, they did take it back finally). Never use them again!!

This site shows up all over the place under various URLs and is always high up in the search results. Problem is these guys have jack for my 2002 Excursion. Pretty much everything shows as "discontinued. " Given that I'm doing a full restoration, I've wasted a lot of time weeding this site and Ford Parts Gnat and other related sites from my search efforts.

I paid 30 dollars shipping and it took 7 days to get to my house. Terrible! Nothing in the US should take no more than 3 days no matter what. I will never buy from this website again!!!!
