I ordered a part that was not the correct part. When I contacted about it there was no attempt to try and find the correct part just a message saying there's a 20% restocking fee

I never received my part. The shipping company said it is lost. .

The shipping was late, which was no fault of the seller. The crash bar nut clip was shown as a package of 4, but was sold as a single piece. That needs to change or be specified in the description.
