Porsche hood stripes were defective and tore at letter cutouts when applied properly by a professional installer. Inquired about possible replacement twice and never heard from them. Poor communication at least! Would not recommend any purchase from this company. They will not stand behind their product or Porsche’s and won’t even reply to inquiries after suggesting that I inquire by email about a replacement. One of the worst I have had business dealings with ever!

After placing the order, a vender made contact notifying the shipping would be 3 times what was on the invoice.

The advisors reviewed my order, updated it based on my VIN and ensured the proper part was supplied. Communication was great and the only glitch was USPS mis-directing the shipment. Resolved within a couple of days and I received the right part at a fair price in a timely manner.

Ordering, communications from Oemeuroparts, and shipping were all seamless through a well designed web site.

I called customer service because it showed item delivered but it was not. Instead of trying to help you right away assumed that it was stolen and said they were not responsible. I had to call post office because it showed delivered, but it did not have my address on it. I ended up posting on Facebook to see if someone had received it and luckily someone did. I wish I could’ve gotten more help from oemeuroparts. It took two weeks for simple brake pads to be “delivered”

The item was good it only took 13 days to receive it. Shipping was a caos, the item was delivered to an unknown address and OEMeuro’s manager Craig right away said they were not responsable and assumed that it was stolen. I give their customer service a 2 star, just because they could have shown more interest in helping me find out more about the item but once they ship it they don’t care. Post office sucks and was at fault but luckily I posted on Facebook and the person receiving it was kind enough to respond and hand it to me. I would have lost 300 bucks if it wasn’t for the person’s honesty.

I ordered my part on April 10,2025 I still haven't gotten it and it's now April 24,2025

I've been ordering from Oemeuroparts for some time. They are always reasonably priced, ship the correct items super fast and when I email them with questions, they answer them quickly and professionally. I am convinced they are my "GO TO" when I need parts for my wifes Volvo. Great seller!!
