What can I say about this chew other than it takes a great mindset to stop at one. Took it on a 6hour hike and it cut down on so much weight and gave me more room in my Day Pack for my camera gear etc.

Everything perfect about this these, except they are not packed for handy snacking on the bike (due to environmental reasons). This is anyways easily solved

Contrary to the majority of energy chews I’ve tried, you don’t get ”sick of” Nosht’s energy bites. Mango chutney gives tastewise a nice kick.

Unlike your run-of-the-mill lemon or lime flavoured gels by major brands, this one had certainly more character and depth of flavour. None of those cloyingly sweet yet highly acidic "fresh" or "zippy" notes. Almost like a demonstration of the gothic side of lemon. The consistency of the gel is pretty much perfect. Not too runny but certainly not too stodgy as some of the brands (for example, the one represented by the legend Scott Jurek). This one you can actually swallow with ease.

In endurance events I have carried espresso shots or something similar, but these are replacing that need

I like the combination of cranberry and mint. The gel can also be mixed with water, hot or cold, to drink as a sports drink during longer trips.

I love all of these flavors. These bites are easy to chew and digest as their texture is nice and moist. They give energy that lasts for longer and keeps hunger away. Nice saltier snack after a long run!

This was the 1st Nosht energy chew flavour I tried, I love the unique flavours this chew has.

Structure, taste and usability at the top! Very pleasant to have even after 4–6 hour run!

This is an awesome booster to your hydration especially leading up to an event or your long run.

Love these chews! The raspberry and lemon flavour is my fav (followed closely by caffe mocha). The texture is like a soft jube lolly, and they’re easy to chew and digest mid ride. I don’t struggle with nutrition when I have these in my pocket!
