I haven't needed service or had any trouble with shipping. I've reqd reviews that customer service isn't ideal but I'm hoping that isn't something I'll need to find out about. So far so good!

Broke on first day
Don’t recommend these at all they broke on the first time I used them. The bolt that holds the high back went through and behind the metal clips that hold them. I will be returning them. Don’t bother with step ins. They rarely last. Functionally it takes a lot of force to pick down on the release. Try and bend over and push down on the back of your shoe. The human body doesn’t have that much dexterity. The time you save stepping in is wasted on the awkwardness of trying to step out.

Fenix bindings
Love everything about them, build quality is amazing and everything feels snug. Except for the fact that the lever that tightens the the backplate has started to wear down a lot, nearly a 1/8 less material because when you go to pull down the backplate the lever gets placed underneath the board and not on top of it causing it to scrap on the side of my board. Considering returning them because I don’t see that lever lasting longer than half a season. Any chance you could send out a pair of replacement levers or something to stop this problem from happening? Would hate to have to return these awesome bindings.
