I had to wait more then few days expected just for them to send a package and package is missing for 6 days now. Since 31 of March when left JKF in flight to Europe there is no trace of the package. $105 for a delivery and it is a nightmare. I bought dozens of parts on Rockauto and I never paid more for large amount of parts than $85 and I always get them within 3-5 working days max in Poland. I placed an order on 17th of March and we have 6th of April now. And nobody knows where is it. Autoparts ignored my last email... My first and last experience with this company for sure.

The torque converter arrived ok but then shipping the core back was going to cost more than the $100 core charge. They should have provided a rma label. Probably won’t purchase large items requiring a core from them
