Good website and ethos as a business, great customer service and fast delivery, prices and promotions could be better as often find the same products cheaper on other sites!

As a platform and business, Naturisimo is great, can’t fault their level of service. Nice and effective packaging for orders and quick delivery so all in all I’m very happy. Their website is informative and they are progressively getting better at providing information about products. I am committed to products that are 100% natural, not 98% or 99% but 100% and they are making it easier to access this information though I would like to to be a focal point within the sections on Provenance and More info as I often have to go research the product’s or brands website separately and read through so much literature and even write to a skincare company to ascertain if it’s 100% natural so I would love if Naturisimo can be more transparent and specify this point of any product they stock. Also would love more choice of products and brands even some international brands that are making strides in the natural skincare arena!
