The flavors are really good but the organic flavors are definitely not as strong. I do like them but feel like I need to use quite a bit more of the organic ones too get a nice flavor.

Shipment was delayed holding up a couple of coffee orders I had to get out but I received a very courteous email explains the delay.

I loved working with this company! The man on the phone was incredibly pleasant and super helpful. Plus, he went over and above to get my sweeteners to me ASAP. My daughter is on a very strict / fight brain cancer diet. She loves her ice cream, made from this sweetener. It's a lifesaver!

My experience at the website was excellent. It was very easy to locate what I was looking for. However, it took too long for me to receive the extracts. They were supposed to be delivered in three to five days but I received them ten days later.
