I bought this to treat myself (HRT misery guts!), wanted to prove I could still let out the WILD, this is a lovely shimmery/sparkly dark vampire red shade and best of all, no need for a top coat (I am too impatient to wait these days!). I am terrible at being neat when applying polish so the nice wide brush stops me having to be Picasso and I'm always smearing my polish, always convince myself it's dry so go to sleep and wake up with cotton sheet print on nails or chip as soon as I attempt to get dressed. I did this last night and soooo far, no chips, flakes or fabric prints, I am in Lurve!

I placed 2 orders in MARCH. It's taking so long so I no longer want my orders. I've emailed to cancell a couple of wees ago with no reply. I just emailed again. I will let you know what happens!

Ordered and paid €62.40 on 5th of May. 19th of May I have sent an email asking on an update and have been ignored. 23rd of May I have send another email asking on a delivery update as I can't track my order (error) and finally got an answer: " Hello Ana, I'm sorry that you haven't received your order yet. Please bear with Best Regards Customer Service Nails Inc LONDON 3rd Floor 19-23 Grosvenor Hillme while I look into this for you. London W1K 3QD". No reply since. I have sent another email on 24th, 25th and 30th and have been ignored. Asked for refund, didn't get any answer neither a refund. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

I ordered 3 nail varnishes on 1st April 2022 and up to today (20th May 2022) I haven't received them. I've sent 4 emails and phoned 5 times and I haven't had a response from any of them.

First time buying something like this and my daughter got it for me for Mother’s Day. I was very excited when we got it together. Very very disappointed when it stayed white and nomatter hot or cold it never changed color. Wasn’t worth our time money or excitement.

Bought Mayfair lane varnish it was twice the price came in smaller bottle you need 3 coats it comes of within a couple of days. Have emailed twice to be ignored. Disappointed as been using nailsinc for years

I have waited a month in my order and still haven’t received it. I’ve sent many emails with no response. I’m having great difficulty getting a refund. I do not recommend. Would be giving 0 stars if possible.
