Bad Customer Service is not Responsive (It’s been a week since I request for an Order Reroute! It’s supposed to be a Birthday Gift for a friend but it was delivered to me instead of the recipients address because I had assistance in placing my order and they won’t claim that they had a mistake putting the wrong address. I was asking them for a reroute and correct the address but they won’t do it because they said it’s none of their fault!

My partner in Russia ordered a bottle of champagne for my birthday with plenty of lead up time. 10 days after my birthday the product has not been delivered. There is no phone number to ring so you cannot speak to anyone. I emailed them, 2 days later they replied saying the third party website company they use for orders randomly puts a hold on orders and declares them high risk. They said they would look into. 2 days later i received a reply saying the hold on the order had been lifted and the product would be dispatched later that day. That was 6 days ago and still nothing. It's just not good enough and it's not how a business should be run and operated.

I bought a quite expensive bottle of wine in January 2023 and it has been promised to be delivered in March 15th. I've just received a message mentioning that now I should expected for August 23. Is it a joke? I really expect a solution very quick.

No isdues with the wine, price or delivery. Due to a medical condition we can no longer drink wine, but there is no way to be removed from the phone list. Despite explaining to dozens of sales staff and blocking phone numbers I still get regular cold calls from sales staff. PLEASE STOP.

I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF THE WINE SOCIETY/WINE COLLECTIVE/ CRACKA WINES OR WHATEVER FOR AT LEAST 25 YEARS. DURING THE PAST TWO DAYS I HAVE MADE 5 ATTEMPTS TO BUY WINE USING MY DIRECT PAYPAL DEBIT (AS I USUALLY DO) BUT EACH TRANSACTION HAS BEEN REJECTED BY PAYPAL. PAYPAL ASSURE ME THAT MY ACCOUNT IS FINE, MY BANK ASSURE ME OF THE SAME. THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE WINE COLLECTIVE - OF THAT THERE IS NO DOUBT. I HAVE MADE A PURCHASE FROM A 3RD. PARTY TO ENSURE PAYPAL IS FINE. ALARM BELLS RING FOR ME WHEN I AM ADVISED BY THE WINE COLLECTIVE TO USE A DEBIT/CREDIT CARD AND THE ORDER WILL PROCEED. I SUGGEST THAT PAYPAL'S REPUTATION IS IMPECCABLE BUT NOT SO FOR THIS WINE SELLER.

This is a very pleasant white wine , lovely with chicken and a real crowd pleaser from the high country around Mansfield in Victoria , a first class Chardonnay of the dryer variety.

HI, I find The Wine Collective Wines of the World Gift pack deceitful in its false advertising. It breaches all marketing moral standards. The lead in page clearly shows large images of a bottle each of Chateau Lamartine and Barolo Sansilvestro. Upon clicking the "Add to Cart" I find (only by looking deeply and enlarging the pic) the wines are completely different - a Bieler Cabernet and Vino Zomoza. This is deceptive and disgraceful. I nearly puchased the pack as I am keen on the Barolo but this is EXTREMELY disappointing and edges dangerously on the deceptively illegal.

The “Live Chat” service is no help to the customer when deliveries are late. There is NO direct phone number. There is NO follow up to help a customer. There are so many GOOD wine shops I will not use this company in the future.

I will not order from TWC again. Mistakes happen, sure. But it is how TWC deals with mistakes that talks to their poor service. Radio silence and no refund still some 2 months after TWC made multiple errors with my order. Escalation to the CEO this week drew no response either. Shop elsewhere!!

Ordered wine 39, yes thirty-nine, days ago and still not delivered and what's worse, no-one can tell me when it might be delivered. Anyone thinking of ordering wine from TWC should think again.
