Radiator Cap
I provided the VIN for my Chevy S10, and they cross-checked that with the radiator cap that I picked. They found that I should have selected another cap, and they informed me. I confirmed for them to send to me the corrected cap, and it fit perfectly. That saved time and money from me having to return the wrong one and wait for the right one. Well done!

Bad customer service
I ordered a part without inputting VIN. I knew I wanted the part. I paid for expedited shipping, was suppose to receive it Sept 18. September 20 rolls around so I contact the company twice. They finally reply and said that since I didn’t put a VIN in that they didn’t ship it because they weren’t sure I wanted it. So their answer was to never ship it or contact me. I told them I wanted the part so they said okay we will ship it but you still have to pay priority shipping. Well today is the 28th and I still do not have my part. Never again.
