I’ve just recently started to use legion products and so far I’ve been very pleased! Great products and great customer service! Could definitely tell better focus using ascend!

I have tried taking this several times pre-workout and I just don’t feel anything. Not for me.

The first time I took Ascend was when I was studying for the LSAT while working full time and I noticed a boost in focus and mental energy right away. I have used Ascend ever since. I work full time and go to law school and Ascend helps me stay sharp and focused all day through work and then through class and homework. I have tried other nootropics, but none I have tried compare. I'm not sure if it's my age, current affairs, too much screen time, or all of the above, but Lunar helps me sleep better, not only with it's ingredients, but it replaces other things in my hand in the evening like alcohol or a snack, things that one should not consume at bedtime. It's psychological as well as physical, and it helps.

I mostly use this if I've had a long day and a hard workout and need to make SURE that I get a really good nights sleep. I find I sleep deeper, have more vivid dreams, but wake up refreshed when I use this. 5/5!

I’ve purchased this product a couple of times. Most recently, I’ve been using instead of an adderall prescription I’ve had for many years. I’ve struggled with the elimination of adderall because I’ve always felt I’ve achieved a slight upper hand when it comes to functioning. However, now I see that it was an unhealthy relationship. Using Ascend offers me the same mental acuity without all the crash and burn affects of an amphetamine-based drug. Beyond the normal affects, this product offers other health benefits you will never mind from a prescription drug. I love this product and will continue to use. Highly recommend.

I have used Lunar for some time now and have always had a good experience with it. I fall right to sleep after a half hour or so and get some good deep sleep. I wake up and don't feel groggy. It works great for me!

First things first, I absolutely love the fact that this works so well and yet it’s not habit forming. I’ve used it on and off depending on how hectic my days are. Sometimes it’s just hard to shut down your thoughts and I find that with this supplement I can reach that deep sleep no matter what. Also in my experience it seems to have good synergy with the triumph multivitamin. As a final note, to make the most out of lunar, I have a healthy and consistent daily routine. That means no bright lights approaching bedtime. I also wake up at the same time every day and catch the sunlight outside. That sets my circadian rhythm going and then everything else falls into place.

I used Lunar coming out of a time where I was burning the candle at both ends. I was struggling to get back into a regular sleep schedule and gummy melatonin wasn’t working. Lunar is effective and in my opinion has no side effects of prolonged drowsiness when you wake up. It also kicks in fast and allows you to head to bed. I would highly recommend it!

I've been using Lunar for about 4 months now, maximum of twice in a week so I don't build too much of a tolerance to the Melatonin. This stuff works like a charm, I'm certain 45m after drinking I'll be super tired which isn't always guaranteed when I take Melatonin pills, the extra ingredients must help. I will say that the taste is certainly not my favorite, it certainly does have a lemon taste but it has an odd aftertaste that makes it hard to go down. I don't struggle with my protein shakes but this I have to force down as quick as I can. Getting a good nights rest is certainly worth the trade off but improving the taste would be great.

Lunar is one of my favorite supplements to take when I’m having trouble sleeping. I always get the best sleep when I use it!

Overall, I really liked this product. I would use 2-3 times per week when I needed to make sure I got really good sleep.

The taste is very reminiscent of chamomile but very sweet. I usually use it with hot water so it's like drinking chamomile tea, and it seems to put me at ease. Placebo effect? Maybe. Couldn't say if it helps me to stay asleep, but there's something to be said for helping me chill just a bit before bedtime.

This is the second nootropic I've used besides Alpha Brain and I can safely say I prefer this one much more. There's less of a headache feel and when I take it with caffeine I feel a good bit more tuned in to what I'm doing. Would definitely recommend.

A great product that i use when i think I'll need a good nights sleep. Simple and effective, my only gripe is the taste isnt the best. I'd buy it more often if it came in a variety of fruity flavours
