I love this balm! It's non greasy, easy to use and has a lovely chocolatey smell. It works great as a moisturiser as well as a massage balm. I suffer from dry skin and acne, I've been using a small amount on my face regularly for a few months and my skin is so much better, thank you!!

This lip balm is AMAZING! It has stopped 100% of cracks and chaps during the cold winter months, something that commercial brands have failed to do. Can’t recommend highly enough ??

The Mumanu Organic Decongestant Balm is excellent and I have told many friends about this “wonder” balm!! I live in Wabash, Indiana in the US. I originally purchased this balm at one of our cool stores here in my town, called The Eclectic Shop. I was completely blown away the first time that I used it as it worked so well and smells wonderful. Since it Is a balm, you only use a small amount and I would place a bit under my nostrils, on my throat, chest and even on my neck for sinus pressure. Anyway, when my supply was getting to be depleted, I went back to The Eclectic Shop and they didn’t have any more as this had been a one time special buy for them. Immediately I started researching on the internet and found your website. I was so excited to find it and then I sent an email requesting about orders and if you could mail to the US. I was so thrilled to get a reply immediately from Sam Thurlby-Brooks, Managing Director!! She and I passed a few emails back and forth and my product is on the way soon!! I am thrilled to bits!!! This decongestant balm has helped me so much more than anything I have tried over the last many years.

LOVING THIS NEW FORMULA focusing specifically on Cracked heels. This balm really moisturised the hard skin on my feet and the softness lasted for days. The smell is so gorgeous, the cocoa butter and spearmint give the balm a delicate smell which is really pleasant and also adds to the foot pamper experience. The balm feels really smooth when applied and soaks into my feet well, just as the tin says the balm melts on my skin so it’s easy to massage into my feet. I did wait before writing this review and I can say the balm has exceeded my expectations and moisturised my dry heels for days which has made them look much better. I love that it's organic and fair trade, so I can feel even better about my purchase. I don’t just put the balm on my heels, I use it on my whole foot, and why not. I’m really pleased with the results all over my feet and I now want to show them off now in strappy shoes and flipflops!

I'm really in love with this lip balm and have been using it for months - it smells so good I want to eat it!! It goes on smoothly and my lips feel soft with the balm on them and are in much better condition than they've been in for years. I don't get the clogging or caking in the corners of my mouth that I have had with other wax lip balms. It's an all round nice product and has lasted for ages so I'm feeling that I got good value for money.

Order process easy and communication good with updates on shipping, product is delivered in a beautiful box , I was pleased to note it was able to be recycled otherwise it would be a waste as the package was padded too. Product smells lovely and does go a long way . Too early to say if it works for what I bought it for.

​Amazing for dry and broken skin These are such wonderful natural products, made by a lovely woman! I brought the 'Love' Massage and Body Balm back at Christmas and it smells so nice and calming. I started using it a lot recently, when I was still working and having to wash my hands a lot, they started to get very dry and saw. I found that other moisturisers, even natural ones were making them sting and weren't fixing the problem. So I tried the Mumanu Body Balm and it not only gave me instant relief but actually started to heal the dry and broken skin! I now use the balm all over on any dry or irritated skin and it works really well, especially if you put it on before bed and let it sink in over night. I have since brought a Boob and Baby Balm for my friend who is due very soon and she said that it has been so hard to find a nipple cream that is safe for the baby, which seems crazy to me! So she was very happy with the Mumanu Balm, so thank you for that! If you are looking for something that is safe for yours and your babies bodies or something to relieve any kind of dry or irritated skin, especially with all of the extra hand washing and sanitising at the moment, I would highly recommend these products and they smell and feel lovely too!

Best baby moisturiser I've ever had

Sam gave me a little tester pot to try following a massage (she was developing the product at the time and I had a cold and stuffy nose). It smells amazing and offered relief when I wasn’t able to take my usual decongestants. It’s also really good for moisturising dry cracked skin around the nose and lips and I finished using after giving birth to moisturise my hands and feet, which felt great!

This smells so refreshing and is a really good cooler and moisturiser for your feet. I used it on my hands too!
