The cover that I received had been a return from another customer. All of the nut inserts and screws were just thrown loosely inside the box, and some had fallen out in the driveway when it was delivered. I replaced a couple of the inserts and rail spacers were missing. I paid for a new truck accessory, and did not receive what I was expecting.

Just have O. E. M parts in stock just like most other larger dealerships just so happens to ship them out to customers that are too lazy or busy to leave the house and visit local dealer. Prices are average but there are some deals with shipping costs

They wanted to make sure that the door panel would fit my car. The vin doesn't always show everything that's why it good to have the window sticker.

I received the wrong transmission mount after using the VIN parts verification tool. Did not realize this was the wrong part until after removing the old part. Asked to return the part for a full refund but was told there would be a charge (insult to injury). Emails sent abou this remian unanswered.

Your shipping department needs much improvement. That's putting it nicely.

One of the orings on tubing leaked where can I get one that fits

I received a part that was obviously broken before it was even packed to be shipped because the clips were broken off and not in the box. When I tried to call the phone number on the website, it was a number for a hearing aid company. I then emailed them, only to get an automated response days later telling me to call a company that supposedly insured the shipment. I will never order form Mopar Superstore again.

The problem with your site is that you all seem to have "Contact for Availability" on a lot of items you list for sale but in actuality a particular dealer I want to use will have it in stock. To add more to the problem you can't even order certain parts that show "Contact for Availability". I have had to contact a parts person at the dealer I like to use and he some times has to send me a link so I can make the purchase. Its cumbersome and a waste of my time.

The time between ordering part, actually shipping the part, and me receiving the part seemed to take entirely too long. . . . . especially since I also paid extra for faster shipping

I ordered 2 pieces and they only sent one, yet they didn’t adjust their total charged until I emailed them about it.
