The syrups that I’ve tried have been good.

This was my first time ordering from Monin & the customer service has been wonderful. Many businesses have forgotten how to treat customers for loyalty in return. I suspect that my 1st order was stolen by a Fed-ex employee, but Monin replaced the order promptly. I'm still upset with the carrier, but que sera sera. Once I got my order, I was not happy with one of the flavors. Again customer service came through offering a free replacement & I had not even considered asking for one. With this type of 5-star treatment, this coffee freak isn't shopping anywhere else anytime soon!
