I think you have lost your original objective in the manufacture of the products. They now contain harmful ingredients and so are just mainstream products, not initiative, which is a shame as you were market leader. All our favourites have been discontinued, so my orders are getting less and less

3 stars because items are missing in my every order. Placed order 4 time and free items were always missing and this time one of my trim bottle is missing aswell. Dont like chasing them for missing item evertime and them wait for week for missing item to arrive. Products are good though.
