Initially, I asked for a custom order and it was taken! There was some complications with the color not turning out right, but instead of sending it to me, Michelle messaged me immediately and told me it didn't turn it out correctly. She was prompt and asked what I'd like as a solution. I didn't mind as I knew I asked for a difficult color to get exactly right, but she tried again and it turned out wonderfully! I also received the order very quickly!
