Fantastic product and great service, appliance arrived when it was supposed to. Only issue is the handle attachment to the basket is not the best, comes out of the basket quite easily. Otherwise excellent product and company.

The transport magnificent. The quality of the machine is pretty good. There is only one piece that doesn´t fit properly, but I can manage. It is the last part of the machine (at the bottom), where the juice drops and you put the glass. It is square and metallic and It doesn´t fit properly so the glass tilt. To solve this I have had to put some pieces of metal on both sides of the legs in order to balance the glass. Apart from this. This is a really good machine for doing juices for my family.

Quiet, strong, sturdy. Speed regulation lets you manage from slow kneading to quick mixing. Appropriate for countless recipes and techniques. I recommend it to anyone.

I placed my order before Christmas, I was told DHL would deliver and I had to pay an extra £50 pounds for this privilege. Since the item had such good reviews and the company seemed legitimate I paid the carriage fare willingly. I am still waiting to find out when my item is likely to arrive. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my partner but I have only one email from DHL which was sent before Christmas notifying me my goods were in transit! As you can imagine I am quite disappointed. Hence I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company unless you can be assured of more precise delivery dates.

I had a blender break on me with the guarantee period I sent it back to be told there was water damage, now it’s a blender obviously it will get fluids in it, especially when it gets a lot of use. So they charge me about £180 for them to fix it which I thought was disgusting but I wanted my blender Back so I paid it. They sent it back and delivery company left it out side my front door, so when I returned home late at night it was gone. Now Maxima are saying I received my blender and won’t help me. I will never shop with them again. Terrible customer service and shocking repair prices

Ordered the burger press and it works perfect

Couldn’t be happier with the twin fryer, used it for the first time last night and the food came out amazing! Easy to use and so glad I bought it! Received excellent communication right at the start, my questions were answered very quickly! Highly recommend purchasing from Maxima.

I had several online chats re the sous-vide machine I purchased which helped enormously - the only reason I have given this a four not fiver star rating is that the company ship to the UK but do not supply a UK plug so you have to go out and find your own. The machine is well built, easy to use and I have now used it several times and find it hold it temperature accurately - even over long periods - pork belly cooked for 24 hours at 63 degrees and no issues.
