I ordered the 'Heavy Duty for Carpet With Underlay 1130 x 1340mm keyhole shape' mat with a 12 year warranty and it is perfect. Ordering and delivery were fast and easy and the product is perfect for my work-from-home office. The chair rolls easily on the mat which does not bend or buckle despite thick carpet under it. Very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this business and this product to anyone.

I bought the 'Chair Mat Heavy Duty for Carpet With Underlay 1170 x 1500mm rectangle shape 12 Year Warranty' It's only been a month, but so far, the mat is performing exactly as I'd hoped. It's considerably better than the cheaper, lighter chair mats. The service, right through from ordering, to making a late product change via phone, getting a partial refund because of the slightly less expensive item I bought, and delivery of the chair mat, was pleasant and efficient. I'd have no hesitation shopping from the Matshop again.
