I can't complain because my first order didn't make it to my address but it was the post office who didn't deliver to the right address but you replace my order but the pound cake you gave me and Godfather OG didn't come up

Great customer response time, large seed bank of variety. Package always arrives, Stealth isnt really that stealthy. Doesn't have some desired exquisite strains. On the high side cost wise tho. Free seeds is a nice touch. Been a customer for a while now. Wish they weren't so expensive and gave a few different free seeds per purchase.

I usually don't do reviews but you asked twice and I am not happy. I planted my first patch in 1980 so I've been around a bit. My last order was going to be my last order because I'm terminal. I ordered 5 seeds and received 14. Should have been a great final crop but I saw issues I have never seen before. Seeds germinated and died two days later. The tap root tail getting caught in the seed shell and dying. Seeds that did absolutely nothing. It's hard to bitch with the free seeds you offer but I got 5 viable plants from 14 possibilities and that SUCKS! You might consider that when you ask customers for reviews some of them live in areas that mean they would be reviewing illegal activity.

Shipping was great good selection and for me I appreciate the though mess of the description so I could find what was right for me Would of been a five stars if all the seeds germinated ant just THREE out of six. Five I bought and one was a bonus one

Service great. Replace all seeds as promised. Still having germination problem and a few of the starts not progressing as well as should’ve. Still going jest not as well as expected. Don’t get me wrong a few strains looking great.

I've stuck with msnl for some years now, the best customer service I've ever had from a seed bank. Their seeds are alway good and quick stealth delivery every time. Excellent.

So I had an issue with the seeds being loose in the packaging and since I had multiple kinds as well as autos and photos in the same order that was an issue. I emailed MSNL customer service about this and they sent me my order over again the same day! The issue was handled promptly and professionally!
