My red dashiki shirt fit like a 2x. It's supposed to be a 5x. I had to return it. Haven't been refunded yet. Also, my black dashiki shirt 5x wasn't even in my order. I'm still waiting to be refunded

Everything is good. More communication is key to success. I would suggest getting a few social media moderators who can double as customer service reps. Also utilize voice mail as a means to update on delays in shipping.
