My order was never shipped
Very disappointing experience. I was excited to try a new product, and my order was never shipped. It was processed, and supposedly sent to the shipper, but that was the end of the trail. I had to contact Marcelle after seeing the order just sit in limbo, and they had no explanation, just wanted to know if I wanted a refund or for the order to be reshipped. I asked how long that may take, and they stated a month. The customer service person I was in contact with was very curt and not very responsive (maybe a bot?) I know someone who placed an order at the same time, received their order in less than 2 weeks. It was a very disappointing experience all around, as I truly like the Marcelle product. I understand with Covid, it is a unique time we are living in, and there are understandable issues, but this was poor customer service issue that could have been handled better

This is by far the best serum on the market!! I noticed a difference in my skin tone and texture within two applications. It has diminished the lines on my face and it leaves my face feeling baby soft as well! I highly recommend this product! I will never use anything else again!

The Marcelle BB Cream is just prefect for me. The coverage is just right, not to heavy at all!! My order came in good time and I was very pleased with the "little extras" I received! Keep up the great work!!

Repeat order and everything arrived
Repeat order and everything arrived in good shape. It takes a little longer than a Walmart order because it’s coming from a different country but I got free shipping with my order and I can wait a bit. This is the only way I can get this product and I’m just thankful I can. My skin won’t tolerate much of anything else.
