I’m so glad I tried this line. I absolutely love my square ring, and I opted for a really thick gold chain. So many people have complemented me on it. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon. Also it’s really nice to get a hand written thank you note.

I am so excited to get my new jewelry items from Mai Desiree. The Carrie gold cuff it exceptionally made and is an accessory that can be dressed up or down. I also purchased the Nikki large hoop earrings which are a staple in everyone’s wardrobe. Both pieces are just what I was looking for. My order was a day late because of our mail service. I emailed customer service with my concerns and they responded almost immediately to me and started researching why my package was late. I look forward to future purchases from Mai Desiree. Their prices, quality of products, and customer service cannot be beat.

This piece was just what I was looking for and goes perfectly with the pendant I was hoping to pair with it. It also looks great on its own or would work well layered with other necklaces. (The lighting in the photo doesn’t quite do it justice.)

I started buying pieces from Mai Desiree a few months ago. The jewelry is beautiful and I have gotten a lot of compliments on it. I love that it is waterproof and I can wear it in the pool or shower! The customer service is wonderful! When I had an issue with a piece, Tina was quick to respond and fixed it right away. I had to return a piece and the process was super simple. I appreciate the personal service and it makes me want to buy from this small business again and again!

The only good part about my purchase was the unboxing. The handwritten note and the packaging was a nice touch. I ordered two pairs of hoop earrings - one silver, one gold - and they don't look like like as advertised. The gold looks like it was dipped in yellow glass. Very orangey in color. I find it hard to believe its 18k gold plated. The silver doesn't look remotely like actual silver. It looks like polished pewter. Neither pieces match my real gold/silver jewelry so this was waste of money. If I hadn't bought the samples I would have returned them. This was the first time buying tarnish free jewelry and it was disappointing.
