I did not receive the colors that I ordered. I received two of the same color and I reached out and no one has answered me for weeks.

So far, so good. I forgot to order the pump for my large shampoo and the team quickly shipped me one at no charge. I absolutely loved the jelly "reset" shampoo sample and the hydro rush conditioner has my hair looking absolutely fabulous. Looking forward to trying more new products :)
