As a result of very poor packaging, the water pum mounting tab for the alternator was bent, the upper hose inlet was bent, both water pump gaskets were destroyed, and apparently one of the water pump mounting bolts fell out of the box in transit! We were very shocked by the poor shipping method. Other than that, our correspondence was very good with good communication.

Parts were perfect.

Not a great experience. The item ordered was guaranteed to fit. It did not. Yes there was a refund of the item plus tax minus the shipping. So initially I’m out $17.63. I, stupidly, returned the item for $42.62 and now I’m out $60.15 with nothing to show for it. Lesson learned.

Ordered part, it was stolen in transit while in UPS care. This should be the sellers turn to step in and fix. No they use another company that the buyer has to deal with to get refunded. But wait that's not all the company I have to deal with to get my money back sends a gift card on line and says start shipping to use it. Since when does someone else have the right to tell me how to use my money I just wanted to be refunded, I refuse to live my life in a communist country on when a company tells me how when and where to use my refund
