I ordered multiple packs of the Bobbi Boss bamba dreads.The order came really quickly, and at first glance everything looked pretty good. After getting a good look at the packages I notice that one pack was missing. I sent them a couple of emails letting them know the situation, and it took them a bit longer then I expected for them to respond. My biggest compliant about this company is that they don't have a customer service number that you can call. Once I finally got a response to my email the employee apologized and was really nice about resolving the issue. Even though it was a little rocky at first I wound definitely order from here again

How long does it take for a product to arrive? I just placed my order today I live in El Paso, Texas. I am so desperate to try the Kanechom with the Silicon Mix so bad. I wanted to ask how long because I want to have my hair ready before school starts this 25th. Does any body know?

i purchased the mag Wahl trimmers. They came with a discoloration/flaw but they work fine. I complained about the imperfect look of the trimmers. They immediately returned my money to me and told me to keep the the trimmers. I've never had such a quick and generous response to a customer complaint before. I was impressed!

I purchased the Hairfinity Healthy hair vitamins a month ago and no growth so far. I bought a three month supply and I will continue to take them until all bottles are gone. If my hair still has not grown I will not purchase anymore. I'll post again in two months.
