I have never been more impressed with customer service! I had received a "Write-A-Roo" from Learning Loft at a conference a couple of years ago, and I wanted to get more for my classroom, but I could no longer find them on the company's website. I contacted the company, asking if they still carried the product, and was immediately contacted by Adam, in their customer service department, who told me they no longer have the product. That could have been the end of the story, but then he asked how many I needed and said he would see if he could find any that were still around. He ended up finding enough for my needs, and then offered to send them to me FREE OF CHARGE! That is unheard of. Adam, representing Learning Loft, went above and beyond to help me, and as a result, my students. I am so impressed. You can believe that I will recommend this company to all educators and parents that I know. Thank you Adam and Learning Loft! I appreciate you so very much!

I love the Learning Loft site as it provides resources or articles on educational concerns such as autism, vision, and speech and how they are related to reading fluency and comprehension. There are tips for teachers and parents, as well as colorful tools that any child would want to use. All the materials are lightweight but durable.
