I paid $60 dollars to over night a part and didn't receive it until 6 days later. I called fed ex and they said I had to contact Lasco. In which i did and they didn't file a claim for fed ex to refund me my $60 after I emailed several times.

For starters the part I ordered took too long to get delivered just to find out that the part that was sent was not complete. I chose a part that was labeled an assembly with a sensor included, when the part got delivered it turns out that the only thing they had sent me was the sensor that was supposed to be included

I am very happy with my purchase. They.had everything I needed in stock and they shipped it out fast. Im still in the process of buttoning up the top end and timing on my triton 5.4 but so far all is fitting and working as an OEM part should. Will be back have used Lasco a few times and always with good results.

Still waiting for the parts I’ve paid for. It has been over a week. I’ve sent texts and emails and only get a glassed over response. Customer service didn’t even look at the order.

Looked on eBay but I couldn't trust my 2014 F150 Limited to after market parts. I decided to buy through a Ford dealer. LASCO delivered original (OEM) Ford parts within a couple days. Lights were packaged with spray foam trays in great packaging and came with all new bulbs. Installation took about 10 minutes each. I did use grease on the screws to help them cut into the plastic smoothly when installing. Will definitely use LASCO again.

The throttle cable was listed for my year and model ford truck even entered the vin and it was not even close to the right cable

Kinda lame… Bought splash guards for my bronco, confirmed by VIN, they will fit. Confirm after my order they don’t fit Sasquatch package. I call to cancel and lady says ford shows they will fit and says I can send them back if they don’t. Splash guards arrive, they don’t fit the Sasquatch package. Email them about the return and I have to pay return shipping. Paid 38 for the splash guard and 16 shipping to get them and now I have to pay shipping to get them back. If the lady would have told me when I called to cancel about paying for return shipping I wouldn’t have let the order go through. Lesson learned , hope my experience help you not end up the same.
