I just want to say as well as Lane's products being amazing their customer service is second to none. I forgot to use my discount code when I placed my order and I sent an email to them and they honoured the code even though I had already placed the order and the items had been dispatched.

I couldn’t love this stuff more. But a year ago, I bought pitmaster sizes for $12. 99 each in a bundle. I chose the ones I wanted. Now the usual price is $30. And the bundle gets it down to $25 per pitmaster size. I am so disappointed. Great product and used to be a great value. Now the price is absurd and obscene.

I have now ordered a few times from lanes and I’ve tried now 6 different rubs on my weekends meat smoking days. I just received my order of 2lbs of magic dust and a pit master honey bbq and sweet heat. All of which taste amazing and were packaged well. Ide like to throw out there that Brett also included a note that he wrote which makes me feel part of the lanes family. 10/10 guys will be ordering many more times

Love the Lanes products and recommended them all the time. I'm not one to leave a review but recently i had a minor issue with my order. The customer service and follow up was awesome and they had my issues rectified in a few hours.

So good and what I like is you don't need much and it sticks to the meat not the hot plate great stuff great taste.

I really loved the gift section Lanes Bbq has as I was able to order different kinds of sauces and allow more selection to the person I was giving to. The order arrived in time and everything was correct. In addition I really appreciate the different recipes Lanes Bbq offers

Have used Lane's rubs regularly, but I've been trying to find Magic Dust on the shelf for a few years, always sold out. At Meatstock they had it - bought 2x12oz, used 2x12oz. Best rub I've found for pork hands down, kids love it. I was also recommended the Apple Pie rub - again, bought 1, was handing out to anyone for a taste that would listen - that stuff is amazing on icecream! Have now purchased 12oz ones share around, others also on to for themselves. Easy to purchase from you guys when your products and flavours speaks for themselves - great work, keep it up. Next is the sampler to try more!

I have used Lanes for a couple of years now and they can’t be beaten. Great products, excellent customer service and express delivery. Love the way they regularly update their products and recipes too. Personal faves are the Sorta White sauce and the Brisket and Ancho Combo rub. Highly recommend these guys, you won’t regret it!

In this day and age we have become used to snail slow postage. It does my head in. l was extremely and pleasantly surprised when my lanes order arrived in less than 20 hours. Such a breath of fresh air in this day and age. Thank you guys for that only producing an excellent product but having exceptional shipping also.

I purchased one of the Lane's products, and it was promptly sent out with great communication with regards to the order and tracking etc. It arrived well packaged and on time late last week. There was a little issue (probably user error) with the product, and I emailed them and explained the problem, and within 12 hours, I had a reply from Lloyd. Not only did he sort out the issue immediately, but went one step further and far exceeded my expectations of customer service. I prefer to spend my hard earned dollars supporting small Aussie businesses, and in this case, I was very pleased I did. A month ago I brought a lanes lemon pepper rub. Last week because the 5 and 6 year grand kids were coming over for the day I got 2 kg of chicken nibbles. I sprinkled the lemon pepper on them and baked them in the oven. What a hit. I figured there would be some left over but I was wrong.

Heard about Lanes through our local IGA, bought the sample pack as a bday present, it makes the perfect gift. The shipping was so fast, even got a handwritten 'thank you' card, I will definitely be ordering from them again!

We ordered the 17 sample pack to play it safe.totally blown away by the qualty and taste. I thought if i like half il be happy but to like 14/17 was a real surprise and those 14 had a 9/10 family rating. 10/10 for the garlic2 But spf 53 got a 11/10 the best season ive ever had and weve sampled dozens just ordered a 2lb bag with a couple other goodies.wifes not happy with my purchases but meh il sleep out the back with my rubs (pun intended😉)
