Extremely knowledgeable and helpful
I call Madvapes on a Sunday they were closed. I didn't even leave a message and they called me back the very next day! The agent that returned my call was so knowledgeable and helpful and polite! He spent about half an hour on the phone with me helping me with my vape and he was absolutely right it is working perfectly now.......I couldn't thank Madvapes more! I love you guys❣️❣️

Never ordering from this site again
Since they have a new delivery system you can not track your items. Someone has to be home and over the age of 21 to sign for the package. If no one is home they send the package back and send out at a different time. I ordered before November 1st due to the government changing the regulations for buying online. Oh I place my order on October 22, 2021. It will be three weeks this Friday that I placed my order. I would put zero stars but I can’t so they get one star and are not even worthy of that. Very upset and disappointed in this site.
