As a type 2 Diabetic, my feet and toes become painful and swollen at times. these sandles have brought relief to my feet..

Was advised to size-up when ordering sandals. They were too large,I sent photos. I was told a mailer would be provided to send them back for an exchange. After two weeks and numerous attempts to contact Kathy at Customer Service,I received no mailer and no response. Would advise not ordering on-line.
