Favorite store in town!!

Feel like family whenever we come here! My mom and I drive 2 hours just to come shop here and they know us when we walk in. Kinda feels like we're VIP lol

It is 6:00 in the morning during Black Friday. The store does not open till 8. The people who waited in line for over 2 hours participated in a giveaway (I won earrings, some scent stuff that are only able to use once or twice, and a rainbow sponge). I am going to this store for a specific thing that was showcased on their Instagram and it was not even out on the floor when I walked in. I spent full price on it. When I got there around 2:30 p.m. it was on sale for 60% off. I was literally so mad I paid full price hours ago. Then they were doing a gift card giveaway at 3 and for some reason I was not at the right register, but the lady that was just standing there that did not look like she was checking out, got to get the gift card. I was checking out right at 3 to win and the lady was looking around the table while I was checking out. I literally bought a top just to check out in time and did not even really want it. The people who got in “line” at 9 a.m. got to get a “swag bag” even though they did not really have to stand in a line. This swag bag worth was over $100. This was my second time going to this store. I think this store was cute and had sweet workers, but horrible Black Friday experience. This is the girl checking out after me. This is my receipt at 3 p.m.!!!!

Finally! An online store where you can talk to a REAL person. I watch their videos on Instagram every single day! The owner understands what you're looking for and I have texted her countless times to put together outfits for various events I have had in the past. I've shopped with her for a very long time now and am amazed at how far the store has come. I'm proud to share this store with anyone and love how welcome I feel whenever I shop there! Great customer service get's you a LONG way!

I finally stopped in the new store and was amazed by how well put together it was. I have followed the boutique online for a long time and have purchased multiple outfits in the past. The owner (Morgan) is so great at helping me pick out full outfits. I know that I can message her whenever I have an event or am unsure of how something fits and she goes as far as to measure the product and do a try on and send me pictures in full outfits. It's evident that she loves what she does and goes the extra mile for her customers.

Stumbled upon this amazing boutique during their popup at Bridge Street this weekend. Let me tell you, I've never had such a wonderful and personable shopping experience!! They were so busy but had time to genuinely assist me and help me put outfits together. I just love the owner and her mother! They are such a cute duo and I never felt like 'just another customer' I felt like part of the family LOL. Looking forward to them opening at a real location!!!

So, I purchased a long necklace and the tassel at the bottom fell off after only wearing it a couple times. I contacted Morgan at Kendry Collection and explained what happened. She responded quickly and told me she would replace the entire necklace with a brand new one AND, because the necklace took longer than we had expected, gave me a complimentary bracelet for the trouble. She was so great at handling the issue. I have not had any trouble with the new necklace at all. (It must have just been a defective bead or charm on it that was holding the tassel.) Despite just this one issue with the necklace, I've found that Kendry Collection's products are of great quality and I will definitely continue to shop with them!
