I ordered 500 super worms and when my order arrived I noticed that the worms were smaller than usual. I sent Kevin a mail and expressed my dissatisfaction compared to previous orders which were perfect. I had a very quick response from Kevin apologising and he will resend me my correct order free of charge including delivery fees. I expressed my gratitude towards him I also mentioned we are not in a perfect world and that I would pay for my next order but he insisted that I will receive my next order at no charge.
