The JR website is easy
The JR website is easy to use, and after I ordered the product, it came very quickly, and well packaged. I also appreciated being able to choose two free samples -- that's such a great way to test out something new.

Shipping is usually fast, but
Shipping is usually fast, but the consistency of the product inside my sample pack was dried up and all congealed. Also not sure if your customer service team is meant to respond to Instagram messages but I’ve tried to reach out on that platform a few times with no response!
