I love 7barrels oils and vinegars! The flavors are pure, crisp and delicious! My new favorite pairing is the sriracha mango white balsamic vinegar and lime evoo! Used it on a Thai chicken pasta and it was delicious!

I first got this as a cat - sitting gift and loved it right away. There are all kinds of flavors and My husband and I use it in all kinds of dishes. We roast veggies, roasts, prepare fish and drizzle over salads. I plan to gift it over the next holiday season if I can let it out of my sight!!

I have thoroughly enjoyed the garlic-infused and Miller's Blend EVOOs . I also love the white balsamic, pomegranate vinegar. I am definitely not an 'accomplished cook, but I can taste the difference these all make in what I prepare. I also make my own vinaigrette- to keep them free from additives. There is a definjte difference in the flavor profile using these EVOOs and vinegars. I also ordered a gift pack for my sister-in-law (she is an excellent cook), and she appreciates the quality of these.

I tried a bunch of the oils and vinegars, but I came back for my favorites. I love the mango sriracha, and peach vinegars, paired with the blood orange. Great as salad dressing, and also for cooking fish.

We first saw Seven Barrels at an event here in Sussex Cty, NJ. We loved everything we tasted. My favorites - the traditional balsamic vinegar & the white, the Meyer lemon olive oil. While I don’t use it very often, the chocolate vinegar is superb with fresh figs. You can’t go wrong with oils or vinegars.
