I am nothing but pleased by the engineering packed into Izotopes toolbox.

ABSOLUTELY NO complaints about any plugins functionality. They work as advertised and i’m sure the problems i have with the performance is almost entirely user error. But the setup was long and arduous. Not able to use custom locations, and having to download each individually had me sitting at my computer waiting for popups for an hour. CPU usage is a problem but can be worked around, however nectar specifically is crash prone

The iZotope product lines are one of my favorite and most used plugins in my Pro Tools DAW. The learning curve has always been easy to master and the end result is complete customer satisfaction. The ease of the plugins allow me to simplify my workflow which allows for more creativity with the instruments. Keep up the great work and creating the great products.

I was double charged for my subscription and iZoptope support is difficult to contact for resolution

I have spent more time dealing with registration, passwords etc. I can’t remember hundreds of passwords. My Mac OS is not populating your password queries. I have merged the accounts as instructed to no avail.

While I really enjoy the layout, interface and variety of the plug-in suite, I find the overall sound of the processing very harsh. Particularly any time using the learn/analyze functions, the outcome is always smashed to bits. I know this is meant as a jumping off point to tweak, but I find that by the end of tweaking, I’ve ended up bypassing nearly everything in the chain. I would really love if the plug-ins were more subtle and blendable. Perhaps these tools are more for people looking for an instant click of a button finished product, but I definitely prefer to shape the sound a bit more lightly and layered than I’ve been able to achieve this far with Izotope. I’ve watched many of the video tutorials on the site as well but can’t seem to get the use out of these tools I’m looking for.

The Izotope products are very easy to use, even for non-experts like me, and produce incredible results. They are now a permanent part of my music production process

Great set of plug-ins that covers all steps of production and things that otherwise would be mundane but would make your track sound bad. RX10 is also my go-to wave editing software.

Hi I have bought several upgrades and am very pleased with the content but unfortunately I can no longer use the portal, I am subscribed to the monthly and haven't been able to sign in or use the latest unbought versions for a month or so. I have tried allowing thru my firewall and tried finding technical support but still the issues I'm going to have to cancel the subscription. and just use the older paid version, I have, if i can't resolve the issue soon because im paying for non useable items and have literally wasted lots of time to no avail, but besides keep up the innovative ideas , Happy Holidays, thanks

I love the plugins, nectar goes on every vocal I track! My only complaint is the customer service, I’ve filled out multiple forms and never heard anything, which sucks when you pay 20 for it. Other than that, izotope makes great stuff!

I was looking for Izotope RX10 to help with editing podcasts. I didn’t want to pay $199 at once. However, I found the bundle to be very attractive at $19.99/month. So, that is what I went with.
