JP Hourlier has a great selection of French wines, Pierre and Jean-Pierre are very knowledgeable about the wines and are very pleasant to deal with. Certainly the wines I have bought have been consistently good. Highly recommended-well done P & JP!

Very efficient and well packaged

Hourlier’s is the most delightful and interesting French cave a vins - always very welcoming, and the wine selection is terrific. I particularly like the French “treats”(pates, rillettes, sardines in butter, soups etc.) and I just would not know where else to find them. All in all, a delight.

Prompt delivery, and a very special digestif

Great selection of French wines at sensible prices. Many wines from lesser-known areas, such the Luberon and a good selection from those of better-known origin. A good write up on the wines on the web-site and it's nice to have a link to the grower/producer to learn more about the wine's origins. Great service from a friendly team who clearly know and enjoy their business.

We are fans of La Calisse Provencal rose and have found none better. The wine is late and reminds us instantly of the terroir - stunning fresh, light flavours. To add to the beauty the service from Pierre Hourlier is always excellent.
