The body parts for a 2008 CRV ordered were genuine Honda as promised. The drawings and descriptions on the vendor site were accurate. Shipping took a few days to get processed and came via UPS. Price was reasonable and better than going to a Honda dealer who most likely would not have had them in stock. If you are seeking OEM Honda parts, particularly for an older vehicle at the price a professional shop would pay (discounted) this company is where I'd send you.

I had a poor customer service experience with Linda car parts track. com. I was giving a shipping estimate all about one week, and then when the one week deadline came past still I had to reach out and contact on the car parts strike. com and ask why the part was not shipped. And only after that, I contact him then that date, they finally ship out the part and I got it Several days later late. I had a critical car starting issue to fix and receiving the part late held up this process of fixing my car. There is no communication from Honda car partsdirect. com about this issue and they just made excuses. I received the part, but I had a poor customer service experience with them.
