I really love the product...the cookies taste great...and they keep me feeling full.

Love this product. Great for jump starting fast or diet. However, proper diet and exercise is needed to sustain any weight loss goal. Taste is great and first day challenging but results after second day for me was worth it.

The wafers and the chocolate chip cookies are really good. I do the wafers for breakfast, because they are a little more filling, and then the cookies for morning and afternoon snacks. I have to do my own lunch though. Tried the oatmeal cookie, but I didn't like it. Chocolate chip is the one!!

I love the oatmeal raisin cookies! When I am craving something sweet they hit the spot. When we travel the cookies go with me, A bottle of water and cookie, what could be better. They are helping take off the weight. Great product!
