Website was easy to use, product came exactly as described and arrived in less than a week. Compared to 2 incorrect orders and 2+ months of wait time and still no correct rollator backrest thru monster scooter parts, HME had a more thorough catalog with descriptions and pictures and overall was a great retailer. Will use again for my repair shop!
